Política de reembolso

Because our products are made to order, we only accept returns, replacements, or refunds for items that are defective, damaged, misprinted, or incorrect. Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return request, contact us at support@belyfin.com. Please note that approved returns may need to be sent to our print partner’s facility. If your return request is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Damages, Misprints, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, misprinted, or if you received the wrong item. Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can evaluate and resolve it quickly.

If approved, we’ll replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.

Non-Refundable Situations

Because our products are custom made to order, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Ordering the wrong size
  • Change-of-mind purchases

If you need a different size, we’ll gladly help you place a new order.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Gift cards
  • Personal care products

Exchanges

For defective or incorrect items approved for return, refunds will be issued back to your original payment.  If you would still like the item, you may place a new order once your refund has been processed.

Wrong Address / Unclaimed Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer or an unclaimed delivery, reshipment costs are the responsibility of the customer.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. Returned items must be unworn, unused, with tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

We’ll notify you once your return request has been reviewed and inspected. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that banks and credit card companies may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
